European Commission recognises Radiant Crewing as a state of the art solution

We are happy to announce that our client River Advice AG was enabled to set the new standards for European inland waters labor law compliance. With Radiant Crewing, River Advice AG can demonstrate compliance of work/rest hour rules, overtime and holiday payments, GDPR and other EU regulations.  The crew is able to view and submit information using the Radiant Crew Portal application and interact in a modern, transparent and easy way with the management company.

European commission recognises Radiant Crewing as a state of the art solution that enables EU labor law compliance and facilitates new quality standards in European inland waterways.

A quote from the European Commission report bellow:

“On 2nd October a meeting took place in Basel where River Advice presented their (state-of –the-art) working time registration system (Radiant Fleet). On 7 November 2019 a first negotiation meeting took place. The plan is to develop
a) minimum standards with which the employers should comply and
b) a quality labeling scheme, which will allow enterprises to communicate their compliance with the standards.”
